1. What does “open-box” mean?
“Open-box” items are products that were previously opened but never heavily used. They may come from store returns or display units. Every item we sell is tested, verified, and in like-new condition with all essential functions working properly.
2. Do your products come with accessories?
Yes. All products include the main device and standard accessories (such as charging cables or earbuds) unless noted otherwise on the product page. If an accessory is missing or replaced, it will be clearly listed in the description.
3. Do you offer a warranty?
We provide a 30-day free return guarantee on every product. While manufacturer warranties may not apply to open-box items, your purchase is always protected by our return policy.
4. What is your return policy?
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We cover the return shipping cost with a prepaid label. See our Return Policy for full details.
5. How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Free standard shipping usually arrives in 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
6. Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
7. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
